Where we deliver

We deliver to all 19 governorates of Iraq, to the address you give at checkout.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we call or message you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm your address and delivery time. Your order is dispatched after this call.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery is free. Your order arrives in about 3 days after we confirm it.

Delivery to remote areas, or during public holidays, can take a few days longer. If there is a delay, we will tell you.

At your door

Please check that the tin is sealed and undamaged when it arrives. If you pay cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.

Any customs duties or import fees are included in the price. Confirm before launch.

Damaged or leaking tins

If your tin arrives dented, open or leaking, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Returns

Because olive oil is a food product, we can only accept returns of tins that are unopened and still sealed, within 7 days of delivery.

Opened tins can't be returned unless they are faulty. If you think your oil is faulty, contact us and we will look into it.

Refunds

Card payments are refunded to the same card within 5 to 10 working days of our approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by refund method, for example bank transfer or a mobile wallet within 5 working days.
